Eric Kozik is a seasoned strategy and finance executive with a proven ability to drive innovation, inorganic growth, and deliver transformative growth across the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sectors. Eric is an Advisor and Board Member to Splashbay Media. He recently advised on the MidOcean acquisition of GSTV, where he now serves as Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to this role, he was the Head of Corporate Development, M&A at Cox Media Group, a private equity-backed operating company of Apollo. Eric was an investment profession in private equity as a Vice President at Superior Capital, and earlier in his career was a finance professional at Moelis & Company and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he advised on high-profile mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises across the TMT and FinTech space, amassing deal values exceeding $4 billion.
Eric holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School and a BS in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. A passionate traveler who has visited over 60 countries, Eric also enjoys skiing with his wife and two kids. Holding dual citizenship in the United States and the United Kingdom, he brings a global perspective to his work.
